It's Elementary, My Dear Watson…

Everything that exists in our world is created through a combination of the elements: Air, Earth, Fire, Water, and Spirit. Each element combines with the others in a matrix of twenty-five blends of the five elements.

• Air is the primary element in the MindStar combinations, focusing on the combined impact of Mind with Mind, with Matter, with Action, with the Heart, and with Will. 

• Earth is the primary element in the MatterStar combinations, focusing on the combined impact of Matter with Mind, with Matter, with Action, with the Heart, and with Will.

• Fire is the primary element in ActionStar combinations, focusing on the combined impact of Action with Mind, with Matter, with Action, with the Heart, and with Will.

• Water is the primary element in the HeartStar combination, focusing on the combined impact of the Heart with Mind, with Matter, with Action, with the Heart, and with Will.

• Spirit is the primary element in the WillStar combination, focusing on the combined impact of the Will with Mind, with Matter, with Action, with the Heart, and with Will.

Your Starlight Shines…

Each week of each lesson focuses on how you can put a star shine on your skillset and wisdom to enhance the quality of your life. There are a variety of activities and information that comes to you each week, including written lessons, videos, adventures, mudras and mandalas and mantras, corresponding elements to honor and enhance each element such as colors to wear, incenses to burn, or crystals to carry, as well as thought-provoking questions to activate a journal entry that helps you realize how far you have soared into the starry regions of the sky. 

Activating the Star Shine…

You are invited to adapt this training to suit your personal preferences, schedules, and pleasures. You may want to savor one set of star coaching lessons for more than a week. Or you may want to skip one of the lessons till later. Do them alone or do them with friends. You are free to mix and match these coaching sessions to suit your best learning experience. The object here is to sparkle with the light of the stars. More than sunlight and moonlight, starlight is seen twinkling in your eyes. You will notice. So will others. "What IS it that you have been up to?"

Once you complete your five week program, you have additional programs from which to choose. Complete each module in the order they are presented. They are in this order for layers upon layers of reasons, but the most important reason for you is that this order will deliver to you the most impactful enlightenment with the greatest of ease.
